2. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process data for the following purposes:
- Handling enquiries — via the website contact form (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent; Art. 6(1)(f) — the controller's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
- Preparing a quote and performing a contract — when a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Fulfilling legal obligations — e.g. accounting, tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. Scope of data
Through the contact form we collect:
- full name,
- e-mail address,
- phone number,
- project type (enquiry category),
- message content.
4. Processors
We use the following service providers to operate the site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting of the Worker proxy that handles the contact form and bot protection (Turnstile CAPTCHA). Data may be processed in the USA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Resend (resend.com) — e-mail delivery service for the contact form.
- Hostinger — static site hosting for easycon.pl.
All processors operate in compliance with GDPR and under data processing agreements.
5. Retention period
Messages from the contact form are retained for up to 3 years from the end of correspondence, unless a longer period is required by legal obligations (e.g. accounting records — 5 years).
6. Your rights
You have the following rights:
- right of access to your data,
- right to rectification (correction) of data,
- right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- right to restriction of processing,

To exercise any right, write to: info@easycon.pl.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
The easycon.pl website does not use cookies for user tracking or analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile (used by the contact form) may store a verification token in the session — solely for bot protection, without identifying the user.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure: encrypted connection (HTTPS), DDoS protection (Cloudflare), and limiting data access to the administrator only.
9. Policy changes
This policy may be updated. We will inform you of any changes by publishing a new version on this page along with the update date.
